Spring may have been a little early this year, yet it still felt like a long wait for some of our favorite seasonal goodies to arrive. But now we're getting them all - all at once! Snap peas and asparagus, morel and porcini mushrooms, tender local lettuces and tasty basil. And, of course, the sweet treat that always requires the most patience: Local strawberries!

It's warm and wonderful this week but as always, in March the weather will be cold again next week - so let's look at how we can use the best produce right now whether it's warm or wintry!
