At Rubinette Produce Market we follow the seasons, look for unique varietals and take small lots of new and unusual produce from local farms. You will always find something new to discover - from Algerian Clementine mandarins to Wasabi arugula, from Shuksan strawberries to Watermelon radishes - but you won't always find the same fruit twice. Working with small, dedicated farmers like Katie Boeh of Fox & Bear Urban Farm or Virginia Herrera of Eloisa Organic means that we get the best, but we only get it until it's gone.
